Oakridge Senior Community is an up-scale (55+) senior community nestled in the northwest corner of Morris County. The community features 49 homes set on approximately 10 acres. We offer affordable custom-built homes on professionally landscaped lots. Each home has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, 8' x 10' deck, 8’ x 10’ wood shed, central air conditioning, modern eat-in-kitchen, wall to wall carpeting, dishwasher, frost free refrigerator, washer/dryer and a macadam driveway. The monthly site fee is $510 and includes water, sewer, property taxes, garbage collection and common area maintenance. Depending on independent use, the utilities (propane & electric) can vary from $100-200 per month.
